what does fc mean on my alarm system


David the Alarm Guy responded.

"FC" will appear on the keypad anytime the alarm system tried to report an event to the central station and the message was not received by the central station. Most common reason this may happen are due to phone service not being available, Long Distance call block being put on the line, or some other type of telephone line trouble.
